Join us for a special Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing event benefiting Furry Friends Rescue, an all-volunteer, nonprofit animal rescue organization. Restorative Yoga incorporates fully supported, meditative poses held for extended periods, allowing for deep release and renewal. This soothing practice blends gentle stretches, meditation, breathwork, essential oils, and harmonizing sounds to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and ease the effects of chronic stress—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and at ease. At the same time, you’ll be supporting animals in need as they receive the care and love they deserve on their journey to finding their forever families. All proceeds will go to Furry Friends Rescue organization.
Donation: $50 early bird until 6/21, $60 thereafter
