SB 250 will be heard in the Assembly Appropriations Committee on Wednesday, July 15th, at 9:00 a.m. in room 4202 in Sacramento.

We need your help getting through this final committee. Please call the committee members from now until next Tuesday night. Dog & cat breeders and other animal industry lobbyists (CA Cattlemen’s Association, CA Farm Bureau Federation, etc.) are out in force trying to kill both SB 250 and AB 241. Don’t let them do it!! This is tough work for all of us. But the payoff will be a huge step for animal welfare in our state and will be reflected across the nation. The animals need us!
